YL gave me these rollers free, one came with Amethyst crystals. I knew nothing about oils mixing with crystals, so I took advantage of a free zoom class, to learn about mixing oils with crystals.
One thing I took from the class was the free roller we got from YL with the Amethyst crystals, you actually do not need all of those crystals. So I split the crystals into the other 3 free rollers I got from YL labeled
FOCUS
MOTIVATE
INSPIRE
(she did mention in the class when you use a blend oil it’s best to keep it solo with crystals, but it’s absolutely ok to mix blends, she mentioned about the frequency that the oils and crystals do… too much in depth to get into)
I also jotted down a few blends I wanted to make with my free rollers and the crystals. So I made notes on my zoom meeting I need to purchase these oils as I don’t have them in my inventory.
Can’t wait to make these next month!

It’s ningxia time… my mini me slept for 3 hours so I took advantage and did some yard work. Bonus, she’s still sleeping.
I prepped the garden, de weeded, and dispersed a few wheel barrels of wood chips.
NingXia is great for recovery, and will give me a boost to get through my evening with her instead of wanting to sit back and be lazy. 😆
Also today I diffused peace & calming with gentle baby, smells like an aveda spa in here, very relaxing!

Wintergreen Essential Oil, 15ml.,

Wintergreen is a woody evergreen groundcover native to the woodlands of Eastern North America. Commonly used as a flavoring for chewing gum, candies, and toothpaste, Wintergreen essential oil has a cool, minty aroma and contains the naturally occurring constituent methyl salicylate, which is beneficial for use during soothing massage to cool fatigued muscles and joints when applied topically.

Wintergreen's fragrance may be attractive to children; always keep the child-resistant cap in place.

DIRECTIONS:

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex. Test on small area of skin on the underside of arm and apply to desired area as needed
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 10 minutes 3 times daily.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:

Has a stimulating, minty aroma that invigorates the senses when diffused or inhaled
Creates a cooling and soothing sensation when applied topically to sore or fatigued muscles and joints
SUGGESTED USES:

Dilute Wintergreen with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex and massage it into fatigued muscles and joints following physical activity.
Inhale Wintergreen directly from the bottle or diffuse it to enjoy the bold, exhilarating aroma.
Dilute and massage it into your neck and shoulders to soothe occasional tension.
