We’re looking for **a dependable, compassionate person** to join our team at Support Services of South Central Iowa (SS of SCI)! If you enjoy making a difference and want a flexible, meaningful job — this could be for you!

As a **Flex Hourly Specialist**, you’ll:
✅ Provide one-on-one care and support to individuals with disabilities
✅ Help with daily living skills, community activities, and appointments
✅ Ensure scheduled service hours are completed
✅ Step in for shifts on weekends, nights, or holidays as needed

This is **not a Monday–Friday desk job**. We need someone available **every other weekend (at least 16 hrs)** and ready to pitch in when needed.

**Requirements:**

✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ Driver’s license and insurance
✔️ Willingness to complete required trainings
