Between the freezing temptures that make my studio painful this time of year and shoveling, i am playing catch up always.
A creator has to create, we have to feed our soul, move our body and not ruminatie on chaos and turmoil.

You can find me at outer limits teaching empowered yoga and somatic bellydance then hiding warmly in the sauna for some mild biikram. We will make the most of the day and dig out the hoops and play.

I do have available hours for personal yoga therapy. We can go over alignment in postures, auryvedic doshas and recomendations, marma yoga massage, corrective postures for dis-orders, dis-ease. Accidents, injuries and arthritis.
