Some people carry heavy things quietly while still showing up with kindness for everyone else.

A gentle reminder to check in, offer a little extra care, and remember you never truly know what someone may be holding inside. 💛

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.

Healthy Connections is looking for volunteers to support aging community members who could use a little extra help with everyday tasks like light housework, running errands, or picking up groceries. These moments of care help our neighbors remain in their homes while aging with dignity and feeling connected to their community.

If you feel called to lend a hand, we would love to hear from you.
Call 641 247 9000 or email achealthyconnections@gmail.com to get involved.
