✨ TRANSPARENCY POST ✨
🚨🚨🚨 Caution: This might be a long one!
So where do I even start… On November 16, 2024, I chose ME again. 💕 The pictures below? That was me at my heaviest — around 270–272 lbs. And honestly… I didn’t think anything was wrong. I was a mom, I was working, I had just had two babies at the same time 👶🏾👶🏾 — life was lifing, and I thought I was fine. I didn’t see myself the way the camera or mirror saw me. Looking back… sis was delusional 😅🙈.
Then on November 16, 2026, I walked into MaddFitness Studio 🖤🔥 and took my very first class with the crew — the beginning of this whole health & fitness journey.
I started with Saturday classes just to “see what I could do”… and BABY 😮💨 that first class almost TOOK ME OUT. But I didn’t quit. I told myself, “If I can conquer THIS class, I can conquer anything,” because it was straight HIIT. Even the instructor came up after like, “If you feel like this isn’t for you, we’ve got lower-intensity classes.” And I didn’t take that personally — I KNEW I was out of shape. But I also knew I wasn’t giving up.
I committed to showing up every single Saturday… and I did. 💪🏾✨
Fast forward to NOW…
🔥 I am 50 lbs down from my highest weight
🔥 My lowest weight has been 221 lbs
🔥 I am OFF my blood pressure meds 🙌🏾
🔥 My confidence has skyrocketed
🔥 I’ve inspired people around me to take their health seriously
🔥 My sugar levels have dropped (still prediabetic, but improving!)
🔥 And NOW… I am a DOUBLE-CERTIFIED fitness coach 💪🏾✨

🔥 My doctor was genuinely SHOCKED and asked, “So you did all this just by going to the gym and changing your eating habits?” And I said, “Yes ma’am — that’s ALL I did.” 🥹💯
So with all that being said…
