Today — while you’re hopefully sitting by the fire or wrapped up in a fav blankie and bunny slippers — let’s take a look at the circulatory system.
The circulatory system moves blood, oxygen and nutrients throughout the body, helping every system stay nourished and connected.
Cold weather, stress, long periods of sitting and muscle tension can all slow this natural flow — which can leave the body feeling heavy, cold, stiff or low on energy.
And once again, this cold snap isn’t helping and that’s where many of the services we offer at The Pear Tree can step in to help. Massage, Rolfing, Raindrop, lymphatic work and time in the infrared sauna. They all support circulation in different ways — by encouraging movement, releasing restriction and gently warming the body from the inside out.
Together, they offer multiple pathways toward warmth, ease and renewed energy.
Support doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all — and when services work together, the body often responds more fully.
Stay tuned tomorrow as we take a look at the respiratory system.
