Caught a new visitor hanging out in one of the practitioner rooms this week. 🐸

Fun fact: frogs are said to symbolize cleansing, renewal and transformation — all things we’re big fans of around here.

He seems to have settled in… so we’re thinking he might start accepting appointments soon.

Which leads to the real question: what should we name him?

☀️ We've made it, folks! Sunsets are now after 6PM in North Carolina, and we're about a week and a half from 7PM sunsets thanks to spring forward next Sunday. Over the next 8 weeks, we gain about 2 hours of daylight! 👏

Recently the monks walked through Greensboro, quietly reminding us of the power of peace. ☮️

Inspired, we placed a simple sheet of paper at The Pear Tree and invited our clients and visitors to join us in a shared affirmation:

“Today is the day I find peace.”

Over the past weeks these words were written again and again — each time a personal intention that was felt deeply for all of us; really creating something special “in the air.”

Now, as Valentine’s Day approaches and the monks reach their final destination today, we hope that in this small way, we’re paying it forward… choosing peace, practicing peace and letting it ripple outward.
