To my wonderful family of patients and friends,
I’m writing to share some mixed-emotion news: I will be retiring from clinical dentistry and passing the torch to two remarkable individuals who will carry forward the mission of care and excellence that has defined this practice.
I’ve been very fortunate in life to know what I wanted to do, to have the opportunity to do it, and to find out I truly enjoyed it. The relationships and connections I’ve made through the years have been among the greatest joys of my life. Your trust has meant everything to me, and I’ve approached every patient interaction with a deep sense of purpose and gratitude.
As I transition into retirement, I do so with complete confidence and peace of mind, knowing that the practice will be in exceptional hands.
I am delighted to introduce Drs. Priyanka Dand and Rahen Kakadia, a husband-and-wife team who will continue providing the relationship-based, high-quality, integrative wellness-focused dental care you’ve come to expect from our office. They are active members of the Greensboro community and involved in various local organizations. As proud parents to their young daughter Pehel, they understand and embody the values of family, integrity, and personalized care.
Drs. Dand and Kakadia are not only kind and compassionate but also highly skilled clinicians, sharing a deep commitment to lifelong learning with more than 1,000 hours of advanced training between them. They bring fresh energy and a whole-health perspective that integrates dentistry with wellness for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Along with the comprehensive care you’ve come to expect, they offer advanced airway evaluations, integrative dental therapies, and a focus on root-cause, wellness-based dentistry.
I know that change can be challenging, but I assure you that this transition is grounded in the same core principles that have always guided this practice: trust, respect, and a deep commitment to your health and comfort. I’ve had the privilege of getting to know Drs. Dand and Kakadia personally, and I could not be more confident in their ability to carry on and enhance the care we’ve delivered over the years.
I am deeply grateful for the many years that I’ve had to serve this wonderful community. Rhonda and I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our exceptional team our dedicated staff whose caring commitment have truly made our patient care outstanding and made each day rewarding and fulfilling. We’re especially thankful to see the practice continuing in the hands of another family-oriented team who shares our values and commitment to personalized, relationship-based care.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Scott
