🚨 CPR Saves Lives 🚨

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving emergency procedure performed when someone’s heart stops beating.

✅ Place the heel of your hand on the center of the chest.
✅ Put your other hand on top.
✅ Push hard and fast (100–120 compressions per minute).
✅ If trained, give 2 rescue breaths after every 30 compressions.

💡 CPR helps maintain blood and oxygen flow until professional help arrives.. often making the difference between life and death.

👉 Learning CPR is not just a skill, it’s a responsibility. You never know when you might be someone’s lifeline.
