Love + Fire: From Survival to Sovereign is not just a retreat.

It’s not.

Helene created all kinds of impact.
Financial stress, lost work, emotional overwhelm, nervous system strain, unexpected expenses, temporary displacement, and quiet internal shifts that don’t make the news.

Your experience does not have to look dramatic to be real.

I chose Lake Lure for my Love + Fire: From Survival to Sovereignty retreat because these mountains understand something most people don’t: the damage you can’t see is often the hardest to heal.

After Hurricane Helene, we all saw the photos of fallen trees and flooded roads.

But the quieter impact matters just as much. Things like nervous system shock, sleepless nights, financial strain, emotional overwhelm, and the grief of watching your life shift in ways you didn’t choose.

Women understand this kind of storm. We’ve lived through invisible damage long before Helene arrived.

And while I haven’t walked through this exact kind of loss, I know what it feels like to rebuild from the inside out. I’m holding this with compassion and so much care.
