One of the first things I learned in my nutritional training 📚was that digestion does NOT start in the mouth 👄 NOR the stomach 🤯

Digestion 💩 begins in the BRAIN 🧠

So, we need to get into the right mindset to eat 🍽️ we want our nervous systems to be “rest & digest” 😌🍛 NOT “fight or flight” 🤺✈️
