Last night's yoga class for about 30+ kids at Stanwood Elementary School for a local program "Back on Track" was a success with help from my daughter.

Today I taught a little science lesson to my 3 and 4 yr old yoga classes... that unkind words will cause people to move away while kind words will make people love you even more...I used black pepper as my people in water, then used a bar of soap as unkind words: which made the pepper quickly float to the side of the bowl, and finally poured sugar into the middle of the bowl (sweet kind words) and it attracted the pepper (people).... they loved it!

We are also teaching at the YMCA in Downtown Jamestown starting January 20th ages 6-12 @ 4:15-5:15pm for a four week session....please join us!
