Chef Andy and Kegan served up some delicious love for the Community Howard Regional Health Foundation to support the non-for -profit work they do in providing needed free services to the community. What a great night of fun for all that came out to support. Century Villa is honored to be a part of such a great Cause.

SNAP is a Federal Assistance Program to help low-income individuals and families afford nutritious food.

Did you know…..
41% of recipients live in a household with income from work.
36% are children.
18% are seniors

Century Villa is a donation drop site from 9am to 7pm.
Greentown Wesleyn Church is a distribution site on Thursdays from 4-6pm.

It's the season of giving and we're making a difference with The Howard County Feeding Program, we will be collecting shelf stable food donations starting today until December 10th! We appreciate all donations!

American Diabetes Month
Did you know that more than 25% of adults 65 years of age and older have diabetes?

Older adults with diabetes have the highest rates of complications, so it’s important that we help our seniors get the diabetes care they need.

Many seniors develop a sweet tooth because our taste buds change as we age. There are lots of great treats designed for diabetics, and they are smart to try if you are pre-diabetic, too.

This month is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month, and we want to take a moment to acknowledge the professional caregivers and family members at home who support individuals with Alzheimer's.

We know it can be a tough decision for a caregiver to consider asking for help with a loved one with Alzheimer’s. Sometimes, skilled nursing and memory care support are the safest choice for both you and your loved one.
