Hi there, I’m Perrin and I love what I do, which is teach you how to breathe and be well!

I get a lot of questions about working together so hopefully this will clear up some of the confusion.

This work is not only my passion, but exactly what my younger self needed when struggling with sleep and mouth breathing. It also is the work that keeps my present self stable and able for all that life throws our way!

Ok men of Instagram … ready to finally quit snoring, calm that golf-shot anxiety, and lower your risk of erectile dysfunction?

Great. The solution is simple: correct tongue rest posture + Functional Breathwork.

When your tongue rests low in your mouth, it’s usually a sign of habitual mouth breathing during the day and airway obstruction at night — both of which lead to fragmented sleep and lower oxygen levels. Over time, that impacts your hormones, focus, stamina, and yes … your performance.
