📆Full-time, consistent schedule — Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (most days wrap up closer to 4!)

🧽 What Success Looks Like:
📆First 30 Days-
Getting you know you, hands-on training, mentor week, and one on ones to align. No absences inside 30 days. Lead system protocols & team support. Aprox 15- 25 hours
📆90 Days: were helping you create a consistent schedule, & focusing on mastering our cleaning protocols. You’ll begin taking the lead on solo jobs while learning what leadership looks like within our team. Aprox 25-32 hours
📆6 Months: You’ll have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles such as Trainer or Quality Inspector, as we continue to expand and promote from within. Aprox 30- 36 hours
✅ Requirements (Please read before applying):
Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured ( in your name) vehicle for daily use.
Smartphone required (we use several free apps for scheduling and communication).
Comfortable around pets (many clients have furry friends).
Able to work full-time, Monday–Friday.
