With the school seasons winding down, it’s time to start thinking about your spring and summer training plans!

My #1 priority is getting and keeping athletes healthy and available to play their sport while simultaneously creating personalized programming based on each athlete’s needs.

I’ve worked with athletes from elementary school to college and semi-pro, helping them improve their vertical jump, critical basketball skills, basketball IQ and personally doing film breakdowns with them. Whether it’s an individual athlete or you’re a coach with a whole team that wants to develop together, I can accommodate and help you achieve your goals.

I’ve been dunking for 20+ years. That is not by accident. My “secret” recipe is this:
- An obsessive drive to beat the odds
- Constantly learning and evolving my training based on new information and understanding my body as I get older
- Protecting my sleep (I average about 8.5 hours per night)
- Prioritizing protein and minimizing sugar (but I do still indulge!)
- Continuing to love the process. The workouts, the great dunk days, the bad dunk days, and everything in between. It’s a privilege to have to opportunity and ability to extend my longevity.
