Wild salmon spring rolls with avocado. Grilled and broke up some salmon, roll in rice paper with asparagus, red cabbage, flaxseed. Back in the pain with some extra virgin olive oil. Pic #4 is for the internet. #5 is real life ..two of 3 broke. Need some more practice with rice paper :/ but still tasted great! 👍
