The Truth Behind Mental Health “No hay salud sin salud mental” ❤️‍🩹 As part of the Latinx community, I have noticed a stigma towards mental health. This is The Truth Behind Mental Health

I have made it my mission to spread awareness of this growing pandemic. From personal experience, many of the members of our community dismiss the importance of reaching out to professionals. They don't want to take the shame of talking about their emotions to a stranger. Many of them state that a psychologist is just for the crazy people. They lack education of what talking to a psychologist can actually bring. This can sometimes contribute to suicides, family feud, kids with trauma, and even dissociation from reality. We have many people suffering in silence because of stigmas.
