It has been a long week but this is our last day for therapy!! Jayce is doing great! We will have to come back end of June! He has gained 10 degrees on both legs! Prayers!

We are home!!! Got to sleep in our own beds last night—we were trying to beat the snow so headed out yesterday Instead of today!! We had a really good week —tiring but good! We have a lot to work on and pray about! We have learned tons! Keep Jayce in your prayers The Lord knows what he is doing and he will guide the Doctors and therapist in the way we should go!!! Her is Jayce with 2 of his favorite people! The towel ladies!!!! Lol

Day 3 & 4–Shriners we have had 7 therapy sessions just in these 2 days! We are tired but also excited that they are seeing our boy for all he can do!! He has surprised them all week! He got to try the Obi (robot that helps him eat) He can’t stop talking about it! He got to see Buddy the Elf! We have another day of therapy tomorrow then think we come back in February! Prayers please that The Lord will guide his teach and know exactly how to enrich his life! Love you guys 💙💙💙💙

2nd day at Shriners! It has been a long day and a lot of information thrown at us! Jayce had a few tears from trying new things! They are adjust their plans according to what he can do! Praise The Lord he stood up by himself! He is getting molded tomorrow for custom knee immobilizers! As they figure out things I will let everyone know! It is going to be a long week and tiring for us and definitely for him but he is excited to be here so that helps! Prayers please they they will be able to figure out things for Jayce! We also went and see a road (6-8 blocks) where every house had a blow up Santa! It was super cool to see

Jayce had a couple visits today at Shriners!! To say he was happy is an understatement he got to go to Santa’s workshop! He got to pick out 5 things for free! It’s been a good day!! 💙💙💙💙

Praise God some good news!!! So first thing is amputation is OFF the table! This visit to shriners was for a couple things, he was to pick up new braces (he loves them they are space). Then they said he was to get a hip brace (he said it made him a turtle because he couldn’t move when they put it on him)—but he doesn’t need the hip brace 😀! Lastly to do therapy for knee shoes and learn how to stand on knees! He doesn’t need those either! We found out on day 2 that he has muscles firing and things working that haven’t been before! So they have worked with him trying to stand—he is learning to move things he couldn’t before! He is a long way from standing esp with his knees fixed the way they are but yessssss we are working on it! We go back in December for a week of therapy and to see the doc! We might have to get some kind of surgery on his knees but we are making sure it will be worth it if we were to do that! Praise God for watching over our boy! Go my sweet boy and show everyone you will never stop trying! Thank you for your prayers! Love you all tons! 💙💙💙
