We’re accepting vendor applications for the 1st Annual Vital Vines Wine Festival — coming to the Darke County Fairgrounds Convention Center this fall!

📅 Saturday, November 15, 2025
🕛 VIP: 12–6 PM | General Admission: 1–6 PM
📍 Indoor event | Greenville, OH

Bring your best handmade goods, crafts, or boutique items and join a day filled with wine tastings, music, and community fun — all to benefit the Wayne HealthCare Foundation.

Booth fee: $30 per 10x10 space (includes a logo glass + 2 tasting tickets!)

We enjoyed partnering with Greenville City Schools Med Tech program for a morning of learning and fun. Students worked together to escape the room and tested their knowledge in our cancer screening and prevention jeopardy game.
