This cinnamon honey ginger tea is perfect for supporting your immune system and digestive health.
Ingredients:
🟤 1 cinnamon stick or 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
🫚 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
🐝 1 tbsp raw honey
💧 2 cups of hot water
🍋 1-2 slices of lemon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil 2 cups of water and add the cinnamon stick and sliced ginger.
2. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
3. Remove from heat and strain the tea into your cup.
4. Add honey and lemon to taste, and enjoy this soothing, health-boosting drink!
