As the holiday season approaches, some individuals experience what is commonly referred to as “Seasonal Depression.” While this time of year can bring joy and connection for many, it may also trigger symptoms such as depression, anxiety, isolation, loneliness, fear, PTSD, insomnia, hypersomnia, suicidal thoughts, and panic.

If you are experiencing symptoms of Seasonal Depression, know that you are not alone. Consider reaching out to a trusted individual or a mental health professional. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, please seek immediate help at an emergency room. It is never too late to begin your journey toward healing.
