Our Studio Policies
We've established these policies to ensure all clients receive the full benefits of their scheduled services while maintaining the quality and flow of our operations.

Please review these important guidelines:
Late Arrival Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate our schedule while still charging the full service price. For significantly late arrivals, we may need to reschedule your appointment while still applying the full charge to your account.

Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited session from your package or a full charge to your account. This policy helps us serve all our clients effectively and maintain our scheduling integrity.

Non-Transferable Policy
All packages and memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Please note that Passport Memberships remain shareable, and couples/partner packages are valid for two people as stated in their terms.
