When you dump ALL of your money into your startup (or any company), your personal life and spaces tend to take a major, major back seat. That’s been my story since 2008. Those who know - know.

I’m doing this “comeback season” for a little different. Choosing not to put soooo much of ME on the back burner. This new space of mine is a small part of that. Y’all it took EV-ER-Y-THING in me to not just put my money immediately into a new commercial production studio and go BACK to sleeping on the floor. Again, those who know - know I would have been so completely okay with that.

My heart is already grateful…that I didn’t, because I’m still opening that new production studio in a little over a month. But for me, I got to start redesigning this personal loft this weekend. Long way to go, but I like how it’s starting.

Also, I talk about ’s return and all those crazy founder sacrifices that come along with building a startup on the podcast that’s playing on the wall in the background. It’s called Almost Everything and you can watch/listen to it on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts.

Finding ways to win as a founder without losing (more of) who I am as a person. That’s my 2026 theme.

And you better fu***ng believe the “winning” is coming. I haven’t doubted myself….ONCE.

Decency isn’t grey.
At least not where I’m from.

I’ve watched so many people remix, and stretch, their core definitions of “decency” - just to stand by a party, or a side, or a nefarious politician, or a foul-mouthed, vile President.

A definition they were raised on.
A definition they hold their own kids to.
Or…did once.

Decency isn’t grey.

You grey people look sickly.
You need some ☀️.

Recognize cruel people.
Recognize who lacks dignity.

Don’t make that hard.
Civility [ain’t] that nuanced.

Section them off.
Give them the crazy corner they crave.

Then keep it pushing.
Care for your common man.
Act when needed.

I just can’t wait to see these weak, incompetent, insecure, unscrupulous, mendacious, lascivious…people…fall.

So called “leaders.”
Politicians.
Lobbyists.
Billionaires.
Pundits.
Founders.

All of you that are hiding something.
All of you doing dirt.

Your day is coming. I believe in God, but I believe in Karma too.
