Happy Sunday y’all! I’m excited to share a special thematic series unveiling on my Instagram.

🎄I have been so inspired by other people lately, I kind of feel like it’s time to share and celebrate the strength in others that I admire and look up to.

It takes a village and I’d love to finish out 2022 celebrating those I love and admire!

What am I most excited about this week?! The opportunity to weave intentional yoga practice (where I’m the student) with the amazing HIIT offerings of The Junkyard]]]] ‼️

My second hope is to get in some extra mileage! 🏃🏼‍♀️

My yoga and workouts Thursday-Christmas Day are still TBD minus Let Your L!ght Shine OM💫 🕉] Ashtanga because I’ve been dying to take that class!

I’m also trying to find time to visit a couple new places! Dying to take class and would love to visit this week! Stay tuned!

7/11: Sunrise Yoga Flow $5 (Cancelled/ Rescheduled due to minimum participants not met)

Three Class offerings in July Remaining:

July 16th: Evening Yoga Flow $5 (6:00-7:00 p.m.)
July 25th: Sunrise Yoga Flow $5 (7:00-8:00 a.m.)
July 29th: Yin & Flow Yoga $5 (7:00-8:00 a.m.)

Hey kids!!

I’ll be providing an opportunity for TWO pop up Yoga Related Classes this week.

Wed. July 10th (7:00-8:00 a.m. )
Yoga Bootcamp 💪(Cost $5)
10 minute stretch
30 minute cardio/interval
20 minute Flow

Thursday: July 11th (7:00-8:00 a.m.)
Sunrise Yoga Flow ☀️
15 Minute integration/stretch
35 minute flow
10 minute cool-down/savasana

Sign up Window is open until 9:00 p.m. the evening before. Minimum of 2 participants. I will post a confirmation of class at 9:30 p.m. the evening before on Facebook and Instagram.
