Top reasons everyone should deadlift. 💪🏼
* Targets multiple muscle groups at once. Like your Calves, Abs, Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads, Lower, middle, and upper back. In turn is more beneficial then any isolation exercise.
* Massively improve your core strength. Your core has to stabilize the rest of your body while preforming the lift. Which means your abs work the entire time.
* Protect your joints from unnecessary injury.
* help improve posture.
* Help improve daily task such as carrying groceries, picking up someone or something off the ground.
* Prevent injury. Deadlifts require control of hips, abdominals, and pelvis which is crucial to treating low Back pain.
* Minimal equipment required. You can use a set of dumbbells or kettle bells does not always have to be a barbell.
