Whenever we are trying to become better versions of ourselves we must remember this:

It will hurt.
It will take time.
It will require dedication.
It will require willpower.
You will need to make healthy decisions.
It requires sacrifice.
You will need to push your body to it’s max and then some.
There will be temptation.
However it all will be worth it.
It may sound corny to you but these are words I live by daily. This is the only way I know how to become better in any and every facet in life. 💯

Top reasons everyone should deadlift. 💪🏼
* Targets multiple muscle groups at once. Like your Calves, Abs, Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads, Lower, middle, and upper back. In turn is more beneficial then any isolation exercise.
* Massively improve your core strength. Your core has to stabilize the rest of your body while preforming the lift. Which means your abs work the entire time.
* Protect your joints from unnecessary injury.
* help improve posture.
* Help improve daily task such as carrying groceries, picking up someone or something off the ground.
* Prevent injury. Deadlifts require control of hips, abdominals, and pelvis which is crucial to treating low Back pain.
* Minimal equipment required. You can use a set of dumbbells or kettle bells does not always have to be a barbell.

Everyone knows you have to be consistent but how consistent do you have to be to reach your goals?
Think of it like this. There are 7 days a in a week. If you have one bad day it’s 6 out of 7 days you were on point.
If you do that for a month, 4 days you were not so good, but 26 days that you were, you will still hit your goals over all.
If you do that for a whole year that’s 48 days in total that you were not on point with your eating. 48/365 is not going to kill you! You will in fact still hit your goals.
that is much better then going strong for 3 months and falling off for 6.
Look at your diet or your plan as a life style,not just a diet. Do something you can do for a long period of time.

Top reasons you should incorporate drop sets into your training.
Increase muscle size and endurance.
Even if you train the muscle until failure with a heavier weight there are still fibers that are not completely fatigued. Drop sets will fatigued the muscle to a greater extent.
Make progress while spending less time in the gym.
Drop sets increase the time under tension (TUT) which leads to muscle growth.
