Cold weather can be especially dangerous for older adults. Snow and ice increase the risk of falls, hypothermia, and isolation, particularly for seniors who live alone.

🧤 Simple ways to help:
• Check in on an elderly neighbor or loved one
• Make sure they have heat, food, and medications
• Clear walkways and steps when possible

A quick call or knock on the door can make a big difference. 💙
