Employee of the Month – September 2025 Chassity Skaggs, CNA – Pavilion
This month, we proudly recognize Chassity Skaggs, Certified Nursing Assistant, as the Greenwood Village South Employee of the Month!
For more than 10 years, Chassity has been an integral part of the Pavilion team, where she continues to make a lasting impact on residents, families, and fellow team members alike. Known for her bubbly personality, infectious positivity, and genuine compassion, Chassity brightens each day for those around her, living out our Hospitality Promises with every interaction.
Recently, Chassity has taken on an especially meaningful role as a preceptor for local high school students completing their clinical rotations through the Central Nine Career Center CNA program. She has gone above and beyond to ensure each student feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to learn. Students and instructors alike consistently share that Chassity’s upbeat attitude and willingness to teach make her an absolute joy to work with.
Her mentorship has not only inspired future caregivers but also strengthened GVS’s partnership with Central Nine, opening doors to even more opportunities for collaboration across their programs.
