And another WalkEZ new customer ditches her 'old' worn out friends into the Sneaker Impact box for recycle. Yes, these were so worn out they are only good for recycling. But in doing so, she will keep down her carbon footprint. She wore these everywhere, even longboarding and skateboarding. So she did get her money's worth. I had 2 customers this week whos feet had changed so much that they brought so many old pairs of shoes for the donation box that it filled it up. Thanks for that. So I got a new box out, and Dr. Ann Arno started a new collection. Bring your old shoes to the WalkEZstore and keep them out of our landfills. They don't biodegrade. But they'll go to great use when you donate with us and Sneaker Impact.

I, Kathy Carandang, Owner and C-Ped at the WalkEZstore, have accepted a position with the Pedothic Foot Care Association as a member of their board of directors. What a great opportunity. Twenty five years ago, when I joined the association, I would have never guessed this would have happened. I'm excited to collaborate with and learn from the top educators in the field of Pedorthics. If you don't know what that is, we are foot cares specialists taking care of one of the most important and sometimes the most neglected parts of your body, your feet. We're like pharmacists for your feet. You have no idea how good a pair of shoes can feel until you've been fitted by a Certified Pedorthist like myself.
