A bittersweet announcement, practice family. 💙

After incredible years at Celestial Midwifery, December 31st marks my last day in the office. This space has been filled with so much purpose—supporting mamas through pregnancy, helping babies thrive, and walking alongside families on their wellness journeys.

But it's time for a new chapter. Starting in 2026, I'm going fully mobile with house calls only. This shift is all about being present for my own littles.

If you want one more office visit, I'm here Dec 23, 30 & 31. Otherwise, I'd love to continue your care at home or help you find another great chiropractor.

My heart is so full right now! 💚

One of my littlest practice members grew these beautiful flowers in his garden and brought them to me.

This is exactly why I do what I do. It's not just about adjustments and spinal health (though those are important!). It's about building genuine relationships with families and being part of their lives in meaningful ways.

When kids feel comfortable and cared for in our office, beautiful things happen:

This weekend I dove deep into the neurology behind chiropractic at an incredible seminar! 🧠✨

Most people seek chiropractic care because they're experiencing symptoms like:

Neck pain & headaches
Back pain & sciatica
Tingly hands & hip pain

For babies:

Torticollis & colic
Constipation & acid reflux

Here's what happens: People get adjusted to remove misalignments (subluxations). When we remove these subluxations through gentle adjustments, symptoms often improve.

But here's what most people don't realize...

Your symptoms are only a tiny part of the problem.

The real issue? That subluxation is irritating your nervous system, sending bad information to your brain.

When your brain gets bad information, it destroys your health in three ways: 
1️⃣ Changing posture 
2️⃣ Releasing inflammation 
3️⃣ Releasing stress hormones

So honored to have had this newly graduated doctor shadow in our office last week! 🎓💚

There's nothing quite like the excitement and passion of a fresh DC ready to change lives through chiropractic care. The future of chiropractic is bright when we have doctors like this who truly understand that healing happens naturally when we remove interference from the nervous system. She asked all the right questions about pediatric care, prenatal techniques, and building genuine relationships with patients.
