To say I love you doesn’t say enough! For Valentine’s Day I made the most beautiful woman a pork chop with Parmesan cream sauce, Brussels and Caesar salad dinner. We spent the evening watching the holding hands, laughing enjoying each other’s company. I love making you laugh ! I love the sound of your laugh. I love the way your face lights up when you laugh. I love holding your hand and I love you, my best friend. My confidant, my cheer leader, my shoulder, my everything good and right with the world. At the risk of sounding way too sappy ( if I haven’t gotten there already) I love us! Thank you for loving me back and agreeing to be my teammate in this game called life! (Ok that was super sappy) but I can’t help it. So to come full circle, all I can really say is I Love You ❤️

Another weekend, another basketball tournament. This one was in Ridgefield WA. Yesterday in between games we chilled out at Big Al’s. I had their huge Cobb salad and it was bomb. After the games we went to and I got a bun less burger and Caesar salad. Today we only had 1 game. I wasn’t super hungry today so I just had some pork rind nachos after the game. Another week is about to start. Let’s get it everyone! 💪

Week one in the books 📚. No fast today. Lunch was a bun less burger and a bowl of taco meat. Dinner was bbq chicken wraps with bbq sauce. Cheers 🍻 to the weekend everyone!

Day 4 was very bueno! Hit my fasting goal. Broke it with 2 deli sandwich wraps and dinner was a scrumptious Rib eye with Brussels and let me have some of her red wine 🍷 to pair with my red meat 🥩 !

Hitting a stride. Day 3 on the horse is in the books. Hit my 20 hr fast goal. Broke it with cheesewhiches and kinda like a keto trail mix with cheese wisps and an assortment of nuts. And dinner was low carb tortilla tacos.

Another one in the books. Did not reach my fast goal but was very close. I’d still call it a win. Broke my fast with some bread less sandwiches and for dinner I made a cheeseburger meatloaf with asparagus and salad.

Back on the grind. With all the birthday, anniversary and Vegas festivities done with I can refocus and get back in the swing of things. Got better than my goal for my fast today. Dinner was pesto mozzarella chicken bake with broccoli.

Time is funny. Feels like we have been together forever and yet also feels like just yesterday I asked out that really cute girl from class. We overcome every trial and struggle together and grow stronger and more bonded. I can’t imagine a life without you in it. You are my best friend, my advocate, my joy, my love. But most of all you are my wife and I thank you and god for choosing me. Happy anniversary to say I love you with all my heart isn’t enough to convey my feelings but I don’t know if there are enough words to do that.
