How to Use Iso Pro for Best Results:
For optimal results, mix one scoop of Iso Pro with 6-8 ounces of cold water, milk, or your preferred beverage. The timing and frequency of your protein intake can significantly impact your results:
Post-Workout (Most Important): Consume Iso Pro within 30-60 minutes after training when your muscles are primed for nutrient uptake. This is the most critical time for protein consumption to maximize recovery and muscle growth.
First Thing in the Morning: After 7-9 hours of fasting during sleep, your body is in a catabolic state. A morning protein shake helps shift you into an anabolic, muscle-building state and provides sustained energy.
