Happy Holidays!

Due to the increasing prices of basically everything, starting March 1, 2024, I will be raising my prices.
I’ve kept my prices the same for ten years, because I want everyone to afford their self care. I am currently waiting on my approval for accepting health insurance which I’m hoping some clients can access. If you need to discuss payment options, please reach out. 🌿

For those who don’t know me, let me tell you a little bit about myself and my practice.
I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. I am also certified in Reiki. I am an Empath and have always been a healer at heart. I pride myself on providing safe and comfortable body work for everyone. I am 100% consent based. I always interview new clients before sessions to learn their boundaries and goals. Your mental and physical comfort will always be my main focus. I work on all ages. I do “pediatric” massage with parental supervision and child’s consent. Clients age 5-16 with parental supervision (in the room) and ages 16-18 with parental consent.
I “specialize” in working with clients who have PTSD, Touch phobia, anxiety and other issues that make receiving body work difficult.
I provide gentle touch therapy, Swedish massage, reiki therapy and also provide a safe space for talk therapy (not licensed). I promote embracing the whole body, spirit and soul. ✨

I do not provide sports massage or deep tissue massage. I don’t provide deep pressure. I can however recommend other therapists for you, If that is your need. ✨

I am also a nature based crafter. I make oils, sprays, scrubs, therapy bags and other spiritual crafts. These items are for sale in my office and also on my affiliate page Moon Maiden Crafts . ✨

If you’re not comfortable booking with me in my home office, I also work out of a spa in Colonie. ✨

My home space is a safe space and a sacred space. I have a zero tolerance policy for all negative and abusive behavior. ✨
I am licensed and insured. This is my passion and my career, not a hobby. Please respect me and my work. ✨
I look forward to seeing my former and current clients and meeting new clients along the way. ✨
