This time of year can feel busy, emotional, joyful, and overwhelming, sometimes all at once. ❄️
When I start to feel scattered, it’s my animals who bring me back. A quiet moment beside them, some deep breaths, and I’m grounded again. They remind me to slow down and be present. ❤️
I like to sit next to them, with my eyes closed, and take 5 belly breaths. I inhale slowly through my nose, feeling my lower belly fill with air, then exhale through my mouth. If I have time, I spend a minute or two with this breath but even just a few can help to shift your energy. ✨
