When I first heard about the damaging effects of household cleaners, I brushed it off and even ignored it, not because I did not care but because I was not sure how to fix the problem so it was easier to pretend it didn't apply to me. But the reality is it does effect me and my family AND we do have an option.

Over time, exposure to chlorine creates mucus buildup in the bronchial tubes. This leads to the formation of scar tissue, which prevents free air flow and restricts lung capacity. According to the study published in the February 2018 issue of American
Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, “Exposure to cleaning chemicals could result in accelerated lung function decline and chronic airway obstruction; low-grade
inflammation over many years could possibly lead to persistent damage to the airways.” 🤯

So here is my alternative...

Here's something I recently learned, which is not only surprising but also really disturbing.... National Brand Cleaners can be as damaging as smoking 😳🤯 A

A 20 year independent study found that using national brand cleaners only once a week is as damaging to lung capacity as smoking a pack of ci******es a day for 20 years.

What can we do about that? Let's switch to a better alternative
