We Value Your Feedback ๐Ÿ’™

Due to a delay in our patient visit information reaching our survey vendor, a large batch of text messages linking to after visit surveys was just released. If you were seen in the past three months, you may receive more than one survey link by text or email. We understand that this may be a frustration, but unfortunately, we are not able to cancel this automated process.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is important and helps us continue improving the care and service we provide.
