Congratulations Marta and Les!
Saturday’s First Aid Class was more than a hands-on lesson in lifesaving skills; it became a moment to celebrate what makes Lyme so special: neighbors showing up for one another and taking action to keep our community safe.
During the class, we had the joy of recognizing two incredible community members, Marta and Les, who have officially completed all of our life-saving education classes at Lyme EMS.
We are so honored to recognize Marta and Les for their commitment to completing all of our life-saving education classes. Taking the time to learn how to respond in an emergency is one of the most powerful gifts you can give to your loved ones and your community.
At Lyme EMS, we believe that every neighbor who learns CPR, bleeding control, and first-aid skills becomes a vital link in our collective safety net.
"Thank you, Marta and Les, for being true lifesaving champions! You’ve taken those skills to heart and, in doing so, you’ve made Lyme a safer place for everyone.”
- Lyme EMS, Deputy Chief Ariana Eaton
