Finished up insulation at the house today. Get the roof and insulation inspection on Wednesday. Also went to the building department today and found out that none of the inspections were ever entered into the Winter Haven Building Department computer. Wow did they ever drop the ball there. I've been trying for two months to get the power to the building and the power company keeps telling me they can't do it till it's inspected. The inspections passed two months ago but weren't entered in the computer so the power company wouldn't hook us up. So on Wednesday I'll be working for the building department with the inspector to make sure that all inspections are listed in the computer. I won't be leaving their office till I've verified that all inspections are registered in that computer. Then maybe I can finally get power on in the building. When you need a job done you have to do it yourself even though you don't even work there. Jeez I'm tired.

Started putting up new Hardie Board siding up on my house after removing the old siding that was shot on my garage. I'll eventually do the entire house.

Spray foam insulation being applied to the underside of the roof today. We'll insulate the upstairs walls on Monday. The block walls were filled on Wednesday.

Roof done today. What's your opinion of this project? Still lots more to do . Getting it there slowly but surely.

Yesterday we got Diane D. McLeod and Gary Wheeler's new roof completed. Thank you Ken Frost for expediting the project. Next week the roof goes on the house I'm building for Hawk in Winter Haven. If you need a roof give us a call . Ken and I will be right on it . We first inspect the roof, deal with the insurance company for you. Once that's done off comes the old roof, on goes the new. We take care of the entire process for you. Any questions you can call either one of us anytime .

Painting finished this morning.

Painting just about finished. Touch ups tomorrow. Ready for roof and stone work.

Caulking and priming done, painting started . Two coats of paint over primer. Once that's complete we install the roof then insulation.

Soffit trim completed today . Now for the painters to show up caulk all the seams and paint the place. Once that's done the roofing and insulation is next.
