Inadequacy. Did you know you can experience feelings of inadequacy while still thriving? Take the penguin, for example. A bird. Most birds, have the ability to fly - to soar above the land and go wherever they please. The penguin is one of the few flightless birds on the planet, yet they are able to thrive in one of the harshest environments known to man. A penguin finds it way to fly. It doesn’t look up on birds who fly with jealousy, it just exists and thrives on its own. You might not be able to fly, but you can still thrive. Look at what you have rather than what you DON’T have, and adjust your world view accordingly.

Hey friends—real talk: I know I haven’t been as active here lately, but the need for HeartHead hasn’t gone anywhere. In fact, we’ve got a growing waiting list of folks who need help paying for therapy.

The truth? Funds are low. Like, “check engine light has been on for two weeks” low.

So for the rest of , every step I take is a step toward raising funds for HeartHead—so we can get people the support they need.
