✨ Sundays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, celebrate the strength of children living with cerebral palsy, and support the families who care for them every day. 💚

Cerebral palsy is the most common motor disability in childhood and affects movement, muscle tone, and coordination. Every child with cerebral palsy is unique, and with the right therapies, support, and medical care, they can thrive and reach incredible milestones.

We stand with our CP warriors and their families to raise awareness, promote understanding, and celebrate every victory—big or small. 💚

Don’t forget — Daylight Saving Time means we move our clocks forward one hour this weekend!

Yes… that means one less hour of sleep 😅 (parents, we see you).

A few tips to help your little ones adjust:
🌙 Start bedtime 15–20 minutes earlier a few nights before
☀️ Get outside in natural light the next day
📵 Keep bedtime routines calm and consistent
🛁 Think warm bath, books, and wind-down time

Even if Monday feels a little extra sleepy, it usually takes just a few days for kiddos to adjust!

Here’s to longer evenings, more sunshine, and a smooth transition for everyone 💛
