At Healthy Beginnings Pediatrics, we deeply value the relationships we build with the families we serve. Our expectation is that our staff always respect your choices and decisions as parents, and in return, it is just as important that our staff are treated with the same respect.

We understand that health-related challenges and outside stresses can bring about frustration, and we will always do our best to help within the boundaries of our clinic. That said, we will not tolerate disrespect, vulgar language, or abusive behavior toward our team.

✨ Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for every child and family who walks through our doors, but that safe space must also include a healthy, respectful workplace for our staff.

If a family member cannot treat our staff with kindness, we will kindly ask them to seek care elsewhere.
