Her journey began in Dallas, Texas, where she studied at Wellness Springs Massage Therapy School before earning her Doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Ryan is Brimhall Certified in the 6 Steps to Wellness and specializes in pregnancy, pediatrics, and advanced nutrition. She is known for achieving exceptional results through both gentle instrument adjustments and precise manual techniques, helping patients feel their best at any stage of life.

Now calling Hamilton home, Dr. Ryan is excited to bring her expertise, compassion, and commitment to natural healing to the Bitterroot Valley. She and her daughter, Rose, are loving their new community, and she can't wait to meet you!

We have some news to share.
We are taking this opportunity to announce that Dr. Cia Hanford will be leaving our practice to return to her hometown. We have enjoyed her bright energy while she practiced with us, she will be missed.
With the departure of Dr. Cia we are very pleased to announce that Dr. Meg Ryan will be joining us.
Dr. Ryan will be joining our office in the first part of April, call the office or ask Brandy to schedule with her.

Our office is proud to announce the addition of updated X-Ray equipment to our practice! This new technology reduces exposure up to 20-30%. With this update to digital imaging we can also take the x-ray images in less than half the time. Ask your doctor if x-ray imaging will support your chiropractic care.

Our Rising Wellness family would like to give a warm welcome to Dr. Cia Hanford, DC! She joins us from her home town of Sandpoint, ID. We are happy to be adding her skill and positive presence to our office. Dr. Barnings has been working with her over the last two years, including seeing Dr. Cia as her own personal chiropractor.

Let us introduce, Maureen Griffith-Whelan, LMT, BCTMB, to our office! She is the new massage therapist at our location. Maureen has been in practice since 2007. She is certified in Prenatal Massage, Oncology Massage, Reflexology, and Massage Cupping Therapy. In Observance of Memorial Day, Dr Mandy Barnings, DC will be out of the office on Friday, May 27 and Dr Janice Jones, DC will be in the office that Friday but will have limited hours.
