Hammonton Center is a member of the Centers Health Care family. Hammonton Center is a 220 bed facility that offers services and treatments for virtually every type of health care need. Our services include Pain Management, Tracheostomy Care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, Cardiac Care, Stroke Therapy, Amputee Therapy, Post-Surgery Care, On-Site Dialysis nurses, and Bariatric Rehabilitation.
