Does anyone else fondly remember asking teachers to have class outdoors when the weather started to get nice in the spring?
Outdoor classes were always my favorite!

So today, we enjoyed Outdoor Kettlebells!

I love being able to bring this modality ANYWHERE! We all loved hearing the birds sing and looking at the buds on the branches above us while we completed our training!

Consistent training requires discipline. Get out of the pattern of requiring motivation, or you'll always rely on an external trigger to get you in motion.

I may be biased, but I know I'm not wrong.

I enjoy a trap bar dead lift, a barbell bench press, and a heavy dumbbell row as much as the next gym-bro. But none of those give you the bang for your buck that comes from the benefits of training kettlebell complexes.

You don't have to ve a certified coach to benefit from training like this. I often introduce kettlebell complexes in my group training classes that include 1st time bell-slingers. The complexes can get more challenging as skill levels increase, but even single bell complexes offer all these outstanding benefits.

Christian Kettlebell Strength Class - Philippians 4:13 is designed for women who want to build physical and spiritual strength among a supportive group!

This weekly fitness class is set to some of today's most upbeat and inspirational contemporary Christian music.

Each week we will start the class with a focus on a section of scripture that encourages us to do hard things when we know He is the source of our strength.

Develop kettlebell skills that we will use in this full-body interval class to work all planes of motion, different energy systems, and multiple muscle groups!

THE CHALLENGE:
100 Kettlebell Swings a Day (5 days a week), for the first 4 weeks of spring.

Don't worry, you don't have to do all 100 swings all at once. In fact, I've had people participate who were brand new to Kettlebell swings. I offer expert guidance and feedback to help you complete the challenge successfully.

I love the gym because it's one of the few atmospheres where there aren't any cheat codes.

You get out of it what you put into it.

If you don't show up, you don't get results.

If you don't finish the set, you don't get the benefits of doing all the reps.

If you take it easy, it takes longer to reach your goals.

Conversely, when you push yourself you discover just how strong you really are.

When you're consistent, the harder things get easier (at the gym, and in life).

When you accomplish 1 goal, you set the next one; and you get hooked on the process of getting better.

When you do the work, you recognize the work others are doing too, and you don't see them as competition. You find yourself encouraging the others who are doing the work.

Nobody can do the work for you.
You can't buy the results.
In the gym, you get what you give.
