Roasting is my meditation.

Some people read, some people do yoga, I roast. It is such a relaxing action for me. It calms my mind, and gives me so much pride in creating something with my own hands that I'm proud of.

I mostly started roasting because I absolutely love coffee, but now it is so much more. And it's an absolute perk to share with my customers!

Hi! It's me, Christen. Head roaster and owner of Proton Coffee Roasters.

It's been a minute since I've posted. Life happens, but yes- we are still making fresh specialty coffee for you!

This is my happy place. I have so much love for coffee and the art of roasting different origins from all around the world and experiencing all the crazy notes each and every one has to offer. I especially love sharing specialty coffee as fresh as it gets! Each and every order is roast -to-order.
