We were honored to attend the Welcome Home Angel event to support and advocate for our families. Holly spoke and did an incredible job sharing the importance of home modifications for children with disabilities. It was a wonderful day celebrating accessibility, independence, and community. 🤍✨

We’re so excited to share this incredible home modification that was just completed for one of our clients! 🙌

A track system was installed from the bedroom to the bathroom, creating a safer, smoother, and accessible way to move throughout the home. This modification is truly amazing for daily care and independence.

Huge appreciation to for bringing this vision to life and for the care and attention put into every detail. This project was funded through the CAP Home Modifications budget.

Thank you for helping us make a difference where it matters most. 💙

“Hi! My name is Savannah and I have been a nurse for 8 years. I attended Craven Community College to obtain my Associate's Degree in Nursing and I am currently in the process of continuing my education at East Carolina University. Shortly into my nursing career, I found my calling in pediatrics. I have spent over 6 years working one on one with children in their home, schools, and communities. Throughout that time, I developed relationships that I will hold dearly for the rest of my career. Working so closely with children, I had a unique perspective to the challenges families faced while navigating an ever changing health care system. My passion lies in continuity of care and building strong relationships with families. In the case management role, my mission is to advocate and support families by connecting them to resources to make their day to day life easier. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, crafting, and road trips with my husband and our three children.”
