WHAT ABOUT FAKE PLANT BURGERS?
I’ll have to address these products soon. The 'Beyond Meat' stock (105.41) is creating high drama on Wall Street as well as within the diet industry regarding its nutritional value. During a Tony Robbins seminar, one of his guests was a stock-market guru who said you don't have to know about the stock market to make money in it. He said all you must do is to be smart in your own field. For example if you are into computers and know Apple is the best, then you should invest in apple (249.05). For example, as a nutritionist, if I see everyone switching to gluten-free products, then I should invest in rice stock (rough rice ZR 11.835), since I know rice is gluten-free and is used to make many gluten free products. Its not that easy since there are two different versions of reality people live in and what's right is different than what the mainstream does.

Your carbohydrate intake should not be too high (like Registered Dietitians recommend) and not too low (as per Keto or Atkins dieters). You are walking a line every time you eat. To get the best results humanly possible, your carbohydrate intake should be based on your personal goals, activity level, and Ayurvedic body type (vata, pitta or kapha). The Core Fat Loss plan sets up the perfect metabolism scenario in which your brain happily burns carbohydrates, protein is utilized wisely (instead of being wasted), and your muscles will actively burn fat for fuel. Unlike diet extremists, the Core Fat Loss plan provides just enough carbohydrates to make you burn fat without sacrificing your brain function or muscle metabolism. Weight loss or gain depends on the quality of your carbohydrates (i.e. the glycemic index), not the number of calories eaten. During debate, dietitians claim my diet only works since it lowers your calories (if there was such a thing) and I claim their diet only works if it lowers insulin). For decades, dietitians that worship the advice given by a committee of government bureaucrats recommended a diet high in carbohydrates as a way to complement their fat phobia. Too many carbohydrates triggers insulin, which ushers both carbohydrates and fat into fat cells for long term storage. Insulin blocks fat loss by telling muscles to eat carbohydrates (as opposed to fat). The colorful nature of fruits and vegetables seems to be Mother Nature’s way of telling humans that carbohydrates are the staff of life. It turns out carbohydrates are the only source of fuel for the brain and central nervous system. In fact, going without carbohydrates for just 10 seconds will result in unconsciousness and ultimately physical death. HOW TO PUNCH LIKE A GIRL...
Boxing instructors would always tell me I punch like a girl. They call it ‘arm punching’ and say things like “stop chopping.” Yet, one of the best Martial Arts is based on female anatomy (I.e. wing Chun) because elbows are kept tight and it requires softness in action. As the story goes, a local warlord co**ie in ancient China saw a beautiful girl he wanted to marry. Back in the day it was much easier to date since men could choose their woman, however this woman told the guy she would only marry him if he could beat her in a fight. They fought he lost and she won. When I used to live with a Wing Chun expert, he told me instructors would fail him if his technique was not graceful like a woman.

Atkins and Keto diets are 5-10% carbohydrates. The Core Fat loss plan is 30% carbohydrates. The Zone Diet has 40% Carbohydrates. A standard Registered Dietitian recommends 55% carbohydrates.
