Meditation: Follow Your Breath and Begin
Find a comfortable position… allow your body to settle…
Take a slow, gentle inhale through your nose…
and a soft exhale through your mouth.
Let your awareness drop into your breath.
There’s nothing to force.
Nothing to fix.
Just you… and the natural rhythm of your breathing.
Inhale — feel your chest rise.
Exhale — feel your body soften.
Follow your breath like a quiet wave.
Let each inhale bring you presence.
Let each exhale release what you no longer need.
If your mind wanders, simply return to the breath.
Return to this moment.
Return to yourself.
With every inhale, invite calm.
With every exhale, invite ease.
Breathe… follow… and begin again.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are here.
