Not because people are “doing it wrong”, but because the body is asking for safety, not escape.
Overstimulation doesn’t always look like panic sometimes it looks like Numbing Overworking Scrolling, Shutting Down, staying busy so you don’t have to feel. If your body has been asking for relief, this is your reminder. You don’t need to escape yourself. You need safety inside yourself. Let what’s heavy move through make room for what brings clarity. Release is not loss. It’s care.
