What an unforgettable Thanksgiving morning!

A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this year’s Turkey Trot such a success. From our sponsors and volunteers to our donors and every runner and walker who showed up with so much energy and spirit, Champions is grateful for each of you.

Special thanks to Kings United Way for entrusting us with stewardship of this Kings County tradition that they began many years ago.

This was our first year organizing the Kings County Turkey Trot, and together we absolutely shattered all expectations. Participation increased from 574 in 2023 to 986 this year! You helped us surpass our most optimistic expectations, and we are truly grateful.

Your support does more than lift this event. It strengthens our mission and helps make a meaningful difference for families across Kings County. From the runners in costume, to the walkers with strollers, the kids chasing our Executive Director in a turkey outfit, and those who joined simply to be part of something positive, thank you for celebrating community with us.
