The snow in South Lake Tahoe over the last few days has been a significant reminder of things always changing. With some patience and resilience, we were able to enjoy the day. Also feeling lots of gratitude for supportive community as so many folks checked in on us due to the tragedy that occurred about 40 miles from where we’re staying. We are safe, content and feeling loved! Thank you.

So grateful to take some time away to engage in activities that bring me joy. That usually involves outdoor activities, time with loved ones and coffee. These things help me pause, check my attitude, attention and set intentions. How do you pause and reset?

In response to heightened stress and ongoing changes in our world, the Adult Sunday School class at EUCC invites you to a dedicated hour of resting, recentering, and regrouping.
